About
I am currently working on my PhD at DCU. I am on sabbatical from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, where I hold a senior lectureship in Ethics in the School of Philosophy and Ethics. I am a consultant for the HIV/AIDS Vaccines Ethics Group, and the African AIDS Vaccine Programme. I have worked as a temporary advisor to the World Health Organisation in 2005 and 2006.
Areas of interest:
Applied Ethics, including biomedical ethics, health research ethics, gender, environmental ethics, moral motivation.
