Noelle Higgins B.A; H. Dip in Ed.; M.A; LL.M; Ph.D.
I am a lecturer in International Law in the School of Law and Government, Dublin City University, where I am the Director of our fulltime MA programmes. My main research areas are conflict and security law, international humanitarian law, international human rights law and legal education and I have published monographs and articles in these areas. I was a visiting fellow at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law during the academic year 2009-2010.
